• UT Coin Merchant bears no responsibility and will issue no refund in the event of any account penalty, ban, or restriction imposed by EA — before, during, or after the service is performed.
• You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of our service on your account.

Exceptions: If our team fails to complete the agreed service due to reasons within our control, please contact us within 48 hours at info@utcoinmerchant.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue at our discretion.
