By visiting utcoinmerchant.com and/or purchasing services from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

UT Coin Merchant is an independent third-party gaming service provider. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Electronic Arts, EA Sports, or any other company, agency, or government agency.

1. About Our Service Our services are provided on an "AS IS" basis. UT Coin Merchant reserves the right to modify or discontinue this website and its services at any time without notice or liability. We shall have no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

2. Nature of Service You are purchasing a manual account-based trading service. By placing an order, you authorize UT Coin Merchant to temporarily access your EA FC Ultimate Team account solely for the purpose of performing the agreed trading service. You are paying exclusively for this service and not for any stored-value items, in-game currency, or virtual goods of any kind.

3. EA Terms of Service — Risk Acknowledgment You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • EA FC Ultimate Team's Terms of Service prohibit account sharing and third-party trading services.
  • Using our service may constitute a violation of EA's Terms of Service.
  • Your EA account may be subject to restrictions, suspension, or permanent ban by Electronic Arts as a result of using our service.
  • UT Coin Merchant bears no responsibility and will provide no refund or compensation in the event of any account penalty, restriction, or ban imposed by EA — before, during, or after the service is performed.
  • You assume full and sole responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of our service on your account.

4. Withdrawal Right Waiver (EU & Swiss Customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Swiss consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by placing an order and requesting immediate commencement of the service, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If the service has been partially performed, you may be liable for a proportional cost.

5. Refund Policy All sales are final once payment has been processed and the order is confirmed. No refunds will be issued after service delivery has been completed, as confirmed by an "Order Delivered" notification.

If UT Coin Merchant fails to complete the agreed service within 48 hours due to reasons within our control, you may contact us at info@utcoinmerchant.com to request a full refund or a status update. Refunds will not be issued for delays or failures caused by EA system outages, account restrictions imposed by EA, or incorrect account information provided by the customer.

No refund will be issued in the event of an EA account ban or restriction, regardless of timing.

6. Your Responsibilities You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and functional account credentials at the time of service.
  • Ensuring your account is accessible and not restricted at the time of service.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials outside of the service period.
  • Any consequences arising from your use of our service, including EA account penalties.

7. Privacy and Data Account credentials provided for service delivery are used solely to perform the requested service and are permanently deleted upon service completion. Registration data and other personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at utcoinmerchant.com.

8. Your Conduct You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. You agree not to collect data about other users, distribute spam or unauthorized advertising, or engage in any conduct that may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9. Third Party Services Goods and services of third parties may be referenced on our website. We are not liable for any dealings or interactions with third parties, including Electronic Arts.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold UT Coin Merchant harmless from any claim, demand, or legal fees arising out of your conduct, your use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties Your use of this website and our services is at your own risk. Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability UT Coin Merchant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to EA account bans, loss of in-game progress, or unauthorized account access. Where applicable law does not permit such limitations, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

14. Governing Language These Terms of Service are written in English, which shall be the governing language in the event of any dispute or ambiguity.

15. Intellectual Property All game content referenced on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by their respective publishers and protected under Swiss, EU, and international copyright law. Nothing on this site grants you any license or rights to such content.

16. Copyright Infringement If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, contact us at info@utcoinmerchant.com.

17. Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. Any claim arising from use of our services must be filed within one (1) year of the cause arising.
